reiki sessions

Find stillness and receive through private sessions at my studio in Mount Washington. I offer Reiki through light touch or hovering and may include tarot / oracle cards or other tools to engage the senses and soften the heart.

yoga classes

Join me weekly on Saturdays at 7:45am at Kinship Yoga in Highland Park as we flow through postures, build strength and mobility, and attune to the wisdom of the present moment. All bodies and levels of practitioner are welcome.
